Minors and guardians
SyllabixAI is designed for school-aged learners. Where local law or school policy requires it, a parent, guardian, or school administrator should review participation and contact us for data requests on the learner’s behalf.
Retention
Pilot analytics and feedback are retained only for as long as needed to assess the pilot, improve the service, meet legal obligations, and handle support follow-up. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can request account export, correction, or deletion by emailing info@syllabixai.com. We also use product analytics only to understand pilot quality, adoption, and reliability.
Security
We use authenticated access controls, scoped route protection, audit-oriented telemetry, and browser security headers to reduce the risk of unauthorised access or accidental disclosure.
